Questions owners ask first
Clocking on needs their position at that moment, because that is how the app knows they are inside the venue’s fence. It checks once when they tap clock on and once when they tap clock off — nothing runs in the background, and the app keeps one point, never a trail. Everything else in the app works without location.
Anyone you roster. Managers and owners are people too, but a plan is about the size of the roster: up to 4 is free, then Counter, Service and Group by headcount. Archived staff don’t count.
Not yet, and we’d rather say so. Rostru warns about long weeks, short rest and overlaps, and exports approved hours; your payroll still applies award rates.
